Possibilities Box
Box of Possibilities - "the inexplicable copulation of a living box and a dead video".(projection mapped and sound track played live) made by: Alisson dos Prazeres, Arthur B. Senra, Mariane Castro, Raquel Pinheiro.Project for discipline " Architecture and Arts" from the postgraduate course Creative Processes in Word and Image. We propose a box where the projection of images is able to re-signify the object. We explored its potential as an interface for a designed experience. The shape of the box is intentionally limited in terms of format and materials used, highlighting the contrast with all the possibilities and actions that will take place in it. Through the visual projection, the surface of the box will serve as a canvas for the raised discussions. The video editing work has an important weight in the project and is designed with the following script logic: study of planes, lines and sounds, simulation of materials and exploration of sensations.
Hole Gallery
Thinking of the city as a space of drift, the project proposed the alteration of the urban space from micro-interventions in holes. These interventions are photographed and brought together on a facebook page open to collaboration. The result was a collection of photographs that highlight different views and constructions on the urban space itself. The holes were mapped in google Google Maps and, finally, a website was created, as a free map of interventions based on the titles of the photographs, a kind of concrete-dadaist poetry that visually refers to a handmap. post-graduation in Creative Processes of Word and Image, with Alice Flores Arthur B.
